"Live Long and Prosper" |
Here you will find stimulating discussions about movies, old and new, free from the annoying agendas that encompass today's critics' writings. I adhere to one basic simple principle about movies: a good movie must be, first and foremost, entertaining.

Live Long and Prosper...
Today, the world is a little sadder, with the passing of Leonard Nimoy. He will be missed, and his contribution to cinema and the whole world will not be soon forgotten. Throughout the years, he managed to convince us of his immortality, and through his work in film he has achieved that, but i think the whole world will join me in saying he could have outlived us all. He will always be Spock to the many millions of his fans and knowing he is no longer with us will make Star Trek nearly unbearable to watch. To Leonard Nimoy, we say Rest in Peace, on his behalf, we say Live Long and Prosper. and to quote Charles Dickens, as Captain Kirk did in his onscreen farewell to our friend over thirty years ago, "It is a far, far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known."
